When will my order ship and how can I track it?

OMsignal’s preferred carrier is UPS and your order will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout. Once your order is placed and confirmed, your order will usually ship within 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email once your order ships and provide you with a tracking number. For any questions regarding the status of your delivery after the package has left OMsignal, please contact UPS with your tracking number.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address before submitting payment. We are not responsible for and will not refund or replace items ordered and shipped to an incorrect address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

OMsignal reserves the right to cancel and 
refund orders from certain countries and states where shipping is prohibited/difficult. At this time we are unable to ship to the state of Georgia. 

Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees

OMsignal is not responsible for duties, taxes or brokerage fees incurred for shipments to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Items are shipped with the lowest possible replacement value declared but all duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that it is illegal for us to mark such shipments as "used items." Items must be shipped at replacement value to insure against damages. If a shipment to an international destination is refused by the buyer/recipient, we will not provide a refund for the abandoned package. If an order is not retrieved by the UPS delivery deadline date, we will not provide a refund for the abandoned package.
