How do I return or exchange my purchase?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. OMsignal will gladly refund the full purchase price, less costs for shipping once the items have been returned and inspected. The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. Items with anti-perspiration marks, makeup marks, or in otherwise unsalable condition may be rejected at OMsignal’s discretion.

Note: We can only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
If you are returning an item from outside of Canada, please write “Canadian origin goods, Smartwear Biometric Bra Kit returning” as the description of the goods in the shipping on the shipping invoice. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying Canadian custom taxes and duties.
Sizing: OMsignal provides detailed instructions on how to select the correct size on our website. We will happily exchange your OMbra for a different size, however, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with sizing exchanges.
Change style/color: OMsignal will happily exchange your OMbra should you wish to change style/color, however, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with style/color exchanges.
Defective items: OMsignal is committed to quality products. The OMbox and USB charging cable are under warranty for a period of one year from the date of original purchase. The OMbra is under warranty for a period of three months from the date of original purchase.
It is the customer’s sole responsibility to contact Customer Care to attempt troubleshooting to determine the root cause of the issue(s). If a product exchange is deemed necessary within the warranty period, shipping costs associated with retrieving a defective item/shipping a replacement item will be absorbed by OMsignal.
If you are purchasing an OMbra as a gift for someone, you will need to provide the gift recipient with the 4-digit order number received upon order confirmation for warranty purposes. No exchanges will be provided without the 4-digit order number. No refunds issued for gift purchases. Gifts may be exchanged at OMsignal’s discretion. Shipping costs associated with gift exchanges will be applied to the gift giver’s original form of payment.
