Is the OmBra geared only towards running? Will there be updates or enhancements for other sports such as spinning? Will it also accurately track when playing team sports such as volleyball or soccer?

Hi Danielle,

Thanks for reaching out and for your interest in the OMbra!

The OMbra was conceived specifically for running and for use with the OMrun app. The OMbra and OMrun app were designed to work in conjunction with each other to help runners improve their breathing rhythm by tracking how in-sync their breaths are with their steps, as well as help runners deep dive into their metrics by providing a detailed report of their run, including information on basic metrics such as pace, distance, calories burned, and even more advanced metrics such as breathing rhythm, cadence, and stride length.

While the OMbra and OMrun were designed specifically for runners, our Product Development Team are always open to suggestions and feedback about new products designed for different sports. I will be sure to share your feedback with them and encourage you to continue sharing your feedback with us. The more requests we receive for a particular product, the more likely we are to consider product suggestions and reprioritize our product development work to ensure we are creating high-value products you can use.

Thanks again for taking the time to reach out to us. Should you have any further questions or feedback, please do not hesitate to let me know, I’m happy to help.

SIncerely,
