Data syncing

I've completed my fifth calibration run this morning and while it has been successfully capture by the OMRun app it hasn't generated an email nor appeared on the website. I have full working internet. I'm loath to lose the data from the run. Is there a way of resending it ?

Hi Matt,

Thanks for reaching out about your data and your run not appearing on the website. I was sorry to hear that but I appreciate having the opportunity to assist you.

Our servers were temporarily down and this is why you did not receive the email and cannot see your stats, however over the course of the day this should be resolved and you will be able to view your data shortly. If you did not delete the OMrun app, everything will still be there. My sincerest apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.
