Apps not working

I recently purchased my OMbra to sync in with my OMFit, which worked fine until you decided to discontinue it. I am trying to sync it now with OMsignal or Mon Coeur but having issues.
OMSignal - does not recognize my device, although it is connected and all. And when it does, it asks to update device firmware then it crashed. When I restart, it does not recognize device again.
Mon Coeur - takes me through the initial set up date of birth, height/weight then does not recognize device.

How can I get this working?
