OM Box won't connect

When I try to connect my OM Box I get the error "box is unclipped". All 5 pins are properly connected to the garment. Any suggestions?

Hi Clare,

If your OMbox won't connect to OMrun, it could be due to one of the following issues:
- The bluetooth is not activated: First, check that your iOS device is within range of your OMbox when attempting to pair. Tap Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off, and then on again.
- Your OMbox is not charged: ensure that your OMbox still vibrates when connected to a power source. Make sure you use the micro USB charging cable provided by OMsignal in a laptop or iPhone wall charger.
- The OMbox is in sleep mode: to wake it up, double tap it or plug it into a laptop or iPhone wall charger. The box should vibrate once when it wakes up.


Make sure your OMbox vibrate when you plug it on your bra, and ensure the connector on the back is free of debris.
